The CW Interiors Process: From Vision to Reality

Our passion is to bring your unique vision to life with effortless precision. With over 24 year’s experience, we have refined our process to be as elegant and seamless as our final designs. From our very first meeting, we guide you through every stage with complete transparency and dedicated project management. Your dream space is closer than you think. Here is an overview of how we work.

Phase I: Consultation & Conceptualization

This is where your vision takes shape. We begin with a personalized consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and design preferences. This allows us to craft a detailed and inspired plan for your space.

  • Initial Consultation & Scope: We begin with a face-to-face consultation to understand your project and define the scope. This is a crucial step to align on style, budget, and project goals as well as site assesment. A consultation fee of R2500/Hour ex VAT applies.
  • Conceptual Design: Following our meeting, we will provide a cost for the full design concept for your project, by room. This includes , 3D Renders, digital, eco-friendly 3D designs and mood boards that capture the intended look and feel. 
  • Refinement & Finalization: Your feedback is essential. We offer a first round of revisions on the design concept. We then finalize the scope and design to ensure your complete satisfaction before moving to the next phase.
  • Costing: Once designs are finalised and approved, we provide a cost estimate for the implementation. These implementation costs are presented with a 15% design and co-ordination fee which is for the full turnkey offering. The designs paid for above are then credited back, accordingly, upon final billing.

Phase II: The Build & Implementation

Once the vision is finalized & costs approved, our meticulous implementation phase begins. We handle the complexity of ordering, and managing contractors, providing you with a truly turnkey solution.

  • Project Management: Our team takes full ownership of the project timeline and budget. We manage and coordinate all sub-contractors, suppliers, staff and deliveries, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
  • Client Communication: We provide you with regular, detailed updates on the project’s progress. You can rest assured knowing your vision is being brought to life by an experienced team that is always in control.

Phase III: Final Handover & Completion

The final stage is the most rewarding. We meticulously address all final details to ensure every element is perfect, and we hand over a space that is ready for you to enjoy.

  • Handover & Satisfaction: We walk you through the completed project, addressing any final items to ensure your total satisfaction. Our goal is to complete the process with the same level of care and personalized service with which we began.
  • Guarantees: All manufacturer warranties and product guarantees are handed over upon final payment and project completion.
